Antique Victorian .800 Silver Pill or Potpourri Round Box

For sale is this adorable Victorian silver pill box, at least I'm assuming it's a pill box, as I can't imagine what else might be kept inside.  ETA:  A kind, knowledgeable eBayer told me it's more likely a potpourri box, as the user would not want pills exposed to the outside.
It is in very good condition with no dents, the top closure is in very good working order.  I'm amazed at how ornate it is for something this small.  The patina is quite lovely.
It is marked .800 and there is another mark that I cannot make out.  It weighs 12.7 g. It's about 1-1/2 inches across and 1 inch high.
