The 5123-T2 is a brass mixing valve, ideal for a wide range of domestic hot water applications. An integral thermostatic element monitors and regulates water temperature. The 5123-T2 is capable of handling a supply temperature of up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure potability, and ASSE 1017 certification guarantees that the water will be mixed down to a usable temperature before flowing through your system. The valve's temperature control may be locked to prevent fluctuations in mixing temperature. Dependable temperature mixing for your hydronic system is as easy as adding a 5123-T2.
