A VERY RARE FIND! An early 1980s AUTHENTIC GUCCI pill case box (or can be used for small rings)
- My Mother purchased this pill box at the old GUCCI store in San Francisco in the early 1980s when GUCCI still used the old green and white carton boxes.

There is NOT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT ABOUT AUTHENTICITY. This collectible box has been in my Mom's possession since the early 1980s so PLEASE DO NOT ASK AGAIN (you'll get the exact same answer)
- The box is fashioned after the GUCCI bamboo train case (look on the internet for reference pictures) - Bamboo refers to the handle of the bag (not made out of bamboo but made to look like bamboo - the Bamboo bag was an iconic GUCCI BAG)

The box is in good condition - it has blackened/oxidized/darkened with age.
It has a dent in the front
(being carried in a handbag for 40 years) but is otherwise in good condition
- It is silver
colored
(NO PRECIOUS METALS I tested it) is probably plated as it has darkened / oxidized quite a bit. I have NOT tried to clean it.
- The box / case opens and closes fine without any issues
- It has an oval shape
- This is a very cool accessory and a rare find for the GUCCI collector. I haven't find any other neither on Ets* nor on eBay.
